The European-style pedestrian street in Hanoi attracts young people for early Christmas check-ins
The European-style pedestrian street in Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi, has drawn thousands of young people for check-ins, celebrating Christmas early on the weekend.
The pedestrian street, named Carnaby, takes inspiration from the famous Carnaby Street in London, UK, also known as the 'Rabbit Hole.' It is located at the end of Alley 214 Nguyen Xien, adjacent to major roads such as Khuat Duy Tien, Nguyen Trai, Ring Road 3, and Ring Road 3.5.The street is adorned with elaborate Christmas decorations, especially featuring impressive and beautiful check-in corners."I heard that this European-style pedestrian street has been open since September. However, with Christmas approaching and the chilly atmosphere of Hanoi, I want to come here to experience the European-style Christmas atmosphere right in the heart of Hanoi," Duong Tuan Linh (Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi) excitedly shared.A Christmas tree is decorated prominently in the center of the pedestrian street. Many young people come here to capture memorable moments with friends."Normally, this pedestrian street is busy, but as Christmas approaches, more people flock here. On weekends, the number of people reaches thousands. Perhaps it's because the Christmas decorations here are beautiful, and people really like the decorated Christmas tree," - Ms. Pham Linh (doing business at Carnaby walking street) said.
Carnaby pedestrian street is open to the public free of charge, regularly on weekends from Saturday to Sunday, from 4:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
