SINGAPORE - First Overseas Trip
Perhaps many people's dream is to travel the world. If this sounds like your dream, read Ngan Bella's post below for insights before your first international journey!
I went to Singapore for my first overseas trip, combining business with leisure travel. My flight, hotel, tickets for sightseeing, and other utilities like SIM cards were booked on Traveloka at a discounted price. For me, selecting a reliable agency is crucial when I spend a large amount of money since they will be accountable for resolving any associated issues.
I was somewhat nervous as I entered the Singapore customs gate because I had heard there must be strict controls, yet I successfully passed. How lucky I was! I had a limited amount of time to explore Singapore, so I just picked a few must-see locations here.
Changi Airport's cleanliness, greenery, and large scale make it one of the most stunning airports in the world.
Merlion Park - The Sea Lion of Singapore is located next to Marina Bay: There's a long line to take pictures because it's so packed.
Fort Canning Park: You should go early because this place is also crowded. Entry is absolutely free!
Chinatown Night Market: Come here to buy souvenirs mostly.
