✔️Chicken with bones 1 kg
✔️Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoons
✔️Salt according to taste
✔️White pepper 1 teaspoon
✔️Black pepper 1 teaspoon
✔️Paprika powder 1 tablespoon
✔️Cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon
✔️Cumin powder 1 tablespoon
✔️Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
✔️Onion powder 1 tablespoon < optional >
✔️Yogurt 170 gm
✔️Tomato paste 4 tablespoons
✔️Lemon juice 4 tablespoons
✔️Olive oil 4 tablespoons
✔️red color a pinch
👇Veggies
✔️Bell peppers 1/2 cup cut into cubes
✔️Potatoes 🥔 2-3 cut into rounds
👇Method
✔️prepare the marinade by combining with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, all spices, tomato paste and Lemon juice and mix well
✔️Marinate the chicken pieces and veggies in the marinade for 4-6 hours
✔️Add olive oil too
✔️Preheat the oven @ 180 Celsius for 15 min
✔️In a baking dish add the marinated chicken pieces and veggies
✔️Bake @ 180 Celsius for 20-25 min until golden and crispy from the top
