📌 Two 31-storey residential apartment buildings, one of the tallest in Gujarat, will soon define the skyline of Vadodara city. This building will be the first such tall one in Vadodara. As of now, two 22-storey residential apartments in Chhani area are the tallest in the city. 📌 The Rosette Group which is a city-based firm has got permission for the construction of the building on Vasna-Bhayli Road. After Ahmedabad, Vadodara will be the second city to have this tall building. 🚩 𝟯𝟭-𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘆 𝘀𝗸𝘆𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘂𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝗩𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗮 1. Two storeys of these high-rises will have shops and the remaining floors above will be residential three-bedroom and four-bedroom flats. 2. The 115-metre tall towers will have 150 flats each, apart from a total of 41 shops. 3. Both towers will be connected by a bridge on the 20th floor. The bridge will consist of a gymnasium and clubhouse. 4. Along with parking space, the towers will offer electric vehicle charging points and solar panels. 5. The towers will be built in monolithic construction style wherein the structure is made out of concrete that casts all its components including the walls and slabs at the same time.
