▪ Interstingly, One of their cafes cuts around 7,500 bills every day.
▪ Sujeet also revealed that one of their cafes is hardly 10 by 10 or 10 by 15 square feet, and their EBITDA is easily over 30%, and gross margins are around 70%.

▪ The iconic Rameshwaram Cafe was started by Raghavendra Rao. a mechanical engineer, and Divya Raghavendra Rao, a qualified CA who holds a degree from IIM-Ahmedabad.
