Tips
1. Make sure to add the instant yeast to one side and salt on the other side of the bowl. Otherwise the yeast will get killed.
2. Knead the dough nicely, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
3. 1st proofing is for 2 hours and the second proofing is for 40-45 mins.
4. Top with the cross filling and bake.
5. Immediately brush with maple syrup (or golden syrup) and serve hot!
