Pair these stuffed Mirchi with your regular dal rice or curd rice.
Recipe:
Roast besan on a low flame add spices - Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, corriander powder, amchoor, salt ,sugar and ajwain. Add 2 tbsp of oil and mix it. Hold the stuffing in your palm and if you are able to hold shape then your filling is perfect and not dry.
Slit your chillies (I have used bhavnagari chillies) and fill the stuffing.
Splutter mustard seeds in a pan, add pinch of asafoetida and turmeric ( to get a beautiful colour). Add the chillies and sprinkle some water and cover the pan and cook. This will cook the stuffing well.
Once the chillies are blistered on the outside and cooked from inside remove it from pan.
