Recipe:
1 cup +2 tbsp Moong Dal, soaked
3-4 nos Green Chillies
1" Ginger
3-4 Garlic clove
1/4 cup Onion, chopped
1 tbsp Aamchur powder
1 tsp Haldi
2 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp Green chilli chopped (optional)
1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds
2 tbsp Coriander chopped
Salt to taste
Method
In a blender add soaked moong dal, ginger, garlic and green chillies. Blend to a smooth paste
• Whisk it well to incorporate air.
• Now add in onions, soaked whole moong dal, aamchur powder, haldi powder, red chili powder, cumin seeds, green chillies, salt and coriander.
• Mix well and fry it in med- hot oil until golden brown.
• Serve with Pudine ki Chutney 😍
