What’s your obsession? My toxic trait - Obsessed with perfection 🥲 For the longest time, I thought i had none. But lately I’ve come to realise that my obsession was to make everything perfect. Be it work, my videos, my life, my relationships, my mind! How toxic is that? It definitely wasn’t a conscious act to achieve perfection at everything, and it’s even more dangerous when you don’t even know you’re doing it. Some say, that brings into play- self criticism at the highest level. Its so intense, that today as I type this as well, I feel “wow, I’m doing good, BUT, i need to do this particular thing too to feel completely satisfied” Boyyyy, it’s a vicious cycle. But some also say, that’s what keeps people going. To put it in simple words - humans just need something to keep going…a purpose. Maybe someone’s purpose in life could be..achieving perfection? 😅🥲 what do you think?? Would love to know your views in the comments! But well, I’m just here to say…I haven’t figured out life at all. Infact, the last week was terrible. Every night the mind keeps wandering. But what is important is to know, none of us are alone. Especially the ones you see on social media…everyone has their battles. Some, share theirs. Some dont.
