Drumstick Cashewnut Masala: Ingredients:- Drumstick - 3 Cashew nuts - 1/2 cup Onion- 1 Tomato purée- 1 Basil leaves Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Red chillies- 2 Curry leaves- 2 Turmeric- 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp Coriander powder- 1 tsp Garam Masala- Pinch Sugar- Pinch Salt - To Taste Water - As Required In a pan add ghee, cashew nuts and fry till light golden brown colour, remove them & keep aside. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chillies, curry leaves, onion, salt and sauté it. Then add ginger garlic paste, drumsticks, green chillies,turmeric, water and cook it closed for 5 minutes. Then add tomato purée, coriander powder, garam masala, and cook it. In the last add sugar, basil leaves, fried cashew nuts. Serve it hot with rice/roti
