1. Khao soi
Khao Soi is one of the top-rated dishes that must be tried when traveling to Chiang Mai. A bowl of Khao Soi includes yellow noodles, crispy noodles, meat, pickles, coriander, onions and a slice of lemon. The meat can be whole chicken- thigh, braised beef or pork balls. The dish is made from many different foods and when you eat it, you can choose your favorite flavor such as sour, spicy, salty and sweet. The way to enjoy the dish is also quite different. You take the guise leaves, then put the dried shrimp, onions, chili, garlic, peanuts, and coconut inside and wrap it up. The attraction of the dish is the sweet and sour sauce which is very tasty and flavorful in moderation.
6. Luk chup cake The special feature of Luk chup cake is that there are many lovely and colorful shapes such as carrot, tomato, cabbage, mangosteen, watermelon, etc. This cake is made from green beans combined with sugar and coconut water creating an unforgettable taste for people to admire and enjoy. This is considered the most sophisticated cake from ingredients to shaping.
