Mu Cang Chai - Walking on golden music 🌾🌾🌾
Review of a 2D1N Mu Cang Chai trip September-October is an ideal time to admire the golden rice season in Mu Cang Chai. The layers of green-yellow rice paddies wind through and embrace the hills, appearing to be a masterpiece of the Northwest mountains!

🚲 MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION:
- I booked the Ha Trang sleeper bus (VND 250k/way) with cleanliness and especially proper timing. At 19:45, I got into the bus and slept until 4 am the next morning. That was also the time I arrived at Mu Cang Chai town.
Recommended tours
- In the afternoon, I also took a sleeper bus (VND 300k), but the experience was quite bad in terms of time. I considered this as an experience for next time 🤧
- For traveling in Mu Cang Chai, I rented a motorbike for VN 200k per day

🍚 EATING: I had lunch at Nhu Y restaurant in Nga Ba Kim. Everything looked so delicious, or I was so hungry because of traveling so much 😂 The food suited my taste. Don't miss the grilled pork rolls, which is the top of the top. The space is cool and the food is served at a fast pace.
🏠 ACCOMMODATION: Because I went on the weekend and didn't book in advance, there were no vacant rooms. Therefore, I decided to to rest until 4 am, then I rented a motorbike to explore leisurely. The next night, there was an empty room, I rented by the hour to rest and pack things for return to Hanoi. The accommodation I stayed was Van Tran Homestay, right at the beginning of Mu Cang Chai town. The rooms are clean and beautiful, the owner named Van is extremely friendly and kind, leaving a pretty good impression on guests! ❤️
📚 SCHEDULE: Mu Cang Chai Town - Mam Xoi - Khau Pha Pass - Tu Le - Lim Mong - Lim Thai - Nga Ba Kim Fork - Mui Giay - Mong Ngua Time was limited, so I just followed the above-mentioned schedule. In general, I mainly explored strange spots and also moved closer to beautiful ones for contemplation😎
🔹 Mam Xoi Hill (Raspberry Hill) is a rice viewing spot that is no longer strange, with a really top-notch scene. Come early in the morning to savor a bowl of egg noodles and then go sightseeing! Definitely don't miss La Pan Tan Raspberry Hill 👍
🔹 Khau Pha Pass: It's one of the Four great passes in Vietnam's northern mountainous region. You can watch people enjoy paragliding when coming here. This experience is worth trying at least once in your lifetime ☂️
🔹 Stoping at Tu Le, you can ask permission from the locals to let you pound green rice flakes. How interesting it is! You also can buy a few pounds as gifts because the green rice flakes here are delicious and fragrant. Now there is a vacuum packing service for your products 😹
🔹 For access to Lim Mong - Lim Thai, the way up is quite steep, but it is very peaceful inside the village. In particular, every corner is insane, so you still get the superb resulting photos without squeezing.
🔹 Mui Giay is a field shaped like the head of a shoe and surrounded by a stream, which looks quite strange on the way to town.
🔹 Vanh Mong Ngua (Horseshoe Rim), is a sought-after sunset viewing place for many photographers, where golden rice is arranged in layers. When the sun goes down, there will be no other word than this one.... "Top-notch!" to describe its beauty.
💰 COST: Total cost for the trip is VND 1200k/person. This price is quite reasonable for a short trip to Northwest Vietnam, right? By Nguyen Thi Thu Ha #$gnal$#
