From here, you can visit 2 lakes named Kolsai and Kaindy lakes. 📍 KOLSAI LAKE 1& KOLSAI LAKE 2 We took a car to Kolsai Lake 1 and then trekked to Kolsai Lake 2 (Kolsai Lake 2 has a higher elevation). The trek from Kolsai Lake 1 to Kolsai Lake 2 is 8 km long. However, there are many sections that are quite difficult to climb because of the steep slope, so we had to return during the day. The distance is 16 kilometers, and the round trip took 7-8 hours. A special feature of this lake is that there is a forest of spruce trees emerging on the surface of the water. On the next morning, we bought tickets and then went to the attraction in the park, which was about 40 kilometers away. The Aktau hills in Altyn Emel are like another world. Many white, red, and orange strings run across the range with many effects as sunlight changes over time. 📍 BIG ALMATY (Day 6) Almaty - the largest city in Kazakhstan The destination not to be missed when tourists come to Almaty is Big Almaty Lake. It is about 15 km from the center of Almaty by car and a trek of about 10km more to reach the top. A turquoise lake reflecting the snowy mountains and pine forest will appear before your eyes.
