Sharing the recipe of a dairy free FRUIT CREAM for all those who are calorie conscious or vegans or lactose intolerant.

➡️ In a bowl add 1 cup of epigamia plant based coconut blend yogurt sweetened with coconut jaggery + 1 cup coconut cream 🥥 + 1 tsp vanilla essence + 3 tbsps of brown sugar & whip till sugar melts & the mixture is smooth & lump free.
➡️ To this add fruits & dry fruits & seeds of your choice ( I added 1/4th cup of each - apple 🍎, banana 🍌, kiwi 🥝, green & red grapes 🍇, mangoes 🥭, pears 🍐, pomegranate, walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds )
➡️ Mix well with a spatula & cover & let it chill for 2-3 hrs & serve chilled topped with additional fruits.
