🍅Simple Thakkali Thengai Chutney recipe,
1️⃣Take 3 ripe tomatoes wash and roughly chop them.
2️⃣Take 3 tbsp coconut, 3 dried red chilies, 3 Kashmiri chilies, 2 tbsp urad dal or chana dal, small pieces of tamarind, and curry leaves.
3️⃣Roast everything with a tbsp of oil and grind it with fine paste along with salt.
4️⃣Finally tadka with mustard seeds and urad dal.
✅️That’s it Tomato Coconut chutney is ready to serve!
🔥This is chutney is a little spicy, I used both Kashmiri chili and normal chili combo, you can use normal chilies too. Also, Adjust the spice level according to your taste buds.
🔥Dilute the chutney according to your preferences, more diluted version tastes excellent.
